People and Skills conference, Grant Thornton
We have worked with various departments of Grant Thornton for many years now. Their People and Skills department is headed by Sacha Romanovitch who has used us many times to produce video scenarios for her internal and external presentations. A typical example is an event that ran for 5 hours and incorporated 8 video sequences of varying length.
We were able to film sequences and interviews for most segments in advance. However some speakers were forced to drop out at short notice and instead of presenting live, were asked to pre-record pieces.
Time slots for each piece were changing right up to the morning of the event. This meant we were editing right up to the last minute on 5 sequences and having to get sign off for each presentation.
By adopting a methodical, ordered approach to the post production we were able to execute the changes and deliver to time and budget.
I have to say in terms of client service, I use Reg and his team as an example to my guys of what going the extra mile really does look like.
