Our Culture - Fine Claret MediaThe difference is in the details

We have a passion for producing first class TV and video. This shows in our unprecedented level of attention to detail and extremely high standards when it comes to production. As our name suggests, we create the perfect working environment that will always bring out the best in our subject. We work closely with the people we film to get to know your on-screen qualities and make sure we see the best of you, in every frame.

We are proud of our reputation for:

Long-term relationships – we pay attention to what matters to the individuals we work with. We listen, ask questions, and deliver total satisfaction. It’s these qualities that account for our many long-term relationships with clients.

Customer service – we are known for our personal care for our customers. We make ourselves always available, even out of hours, because we know you have other commitments and may need to talk to us at odd times.

Getting it right – Like a Fine Claret wine, a good production relies on many different elements working together. With our attention on getting all the right conditions in place, you will be delighted by the end result.

Flexibility – we treat every customer and every contract individually, designing our service to be totally flexible to your needs and adapting to change. We are as comfortable with a quick, time-sensitive job as we are with something longer and more complex.
